About the job
The Social Service of Lausanne provides social and financial support to the residents of Lausanne. It consists of the Social Insurance Agency (AAS) and the Regional Social Centre (CSR), responsible for implementing the Vaud social action law (LASV) and issuing the integration income (RI) in Lausanne. More than 7,000 people benefit each year from assistance from the Social Service, which must be both diligent and compliant with current standards. A real challenge, which can only be met by trained, motivated teams united around a demanding vision of public service.

Main Mission(s)
Welcome, inform and guide clients by phone or at the counter
Receive and follow up on health insurance subsidy applications
Ensure the control of insurance obligation and carry out file reviews
Advise the Lausanne population (notably recipients of integration income) on health insurance matters
Handle correspondence and administrative tasks of the sector
Profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
Professional experience and/or knowledge in health insurance or another social insurance, an asset
Ease of contact, empathy and excellent team spirit
Organisational skills, autonomy and accuracy
Interest in numbers
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Knowledge of another language, an asset
