A recognised player in socio-professional integration, Orif supports people with disabilities or social difficulties towards integration and reintegration, as well as sustainable retention in the labour market, notably in partnership with disability insurance (AI) and other principals. Present on 10 sites in French-speaking Switzerland, Orif has more than 500 employees and supports over 2,500 beneficiaries each year in their socio-professional integration and reintegration journeys.

Chief Executive Officer
Reporting to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, you ensure the strategic and operational management of Orif in accordance with its mission, values and legal framework. You propose the institution’s strategy to the Board of Directors, oversee its implementation and the achievement of objectives. As guarantor of the quality, effectiveness and impact of services, you ensure the financial and institutional sustainability of the organisation and contribute to its reputation with its principals, partners and authorities.
Your main responsibilities
You steer the development and adaptation of services according to the needs of principals and supported individuals, with particular attention to their quality and impact. Central to the role, management involves leading and uniting the executive team, supporting organisational changes and promoting an HR policy that encourages attractiveness, skills development, equality and workplace health. The role also includes overseeing financial and budget management, investments and assets, as well as issues related to the information system, data security and the responsible use of digital technology and artificial intelligence.
Your profile
- At least 10 years’ experience in a leadership role, ideally in the social sector, has enabled you to develop a unifying and inspiring leadership style. Your ability to set a course, mobilise and embed the organisation in a long-term vision will make the difference. You know how to support transformations, evolve an organisation and create conditions that allow teams to fully contribute to its development.
- Your higher professional or university education is complemented by strong skills in financial management, business economics and project management, enabling you to understand the institution’s challenges as a whole.
- With an entrepreneurial spirit, you are committed to evolving and developing the institution over time, with discernment and respect for its mission and values. Comfortable in institutional environments, you have an established socio-economic network or a real ability to develop one.
- A good knowledge of social insurance and vocational training complements your background.
- Excellent writing skills in French are required; knowledge of German is an asset.
