The Corporate Strategy Department supports agricultural businesses in their development through individual consulting services and continuing education (extension services). Its main areas of activity are operating budgets, asset transfer, inter-farm collaboration and non-agricultural activities.

• Take responsibility for the Corporate Strategy Department composed of 11 employees
• Advise and inform clients in groups or individually in the field of farm management
• Work closely within the Agriculture section and promote synergies
• Support various projects for the department and the Agriculture section

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agronomy or economics or equivalent training
• In-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector
• Experience and continuing education in management and project management
• Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the partner language (B2-C1)
