At the heart of the Service’s operations, you play a central role in coordinating administrative activities, supporting teams and ensuring service quality. Leading a small team, you ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, organisational efficiency and proper functioning of infrastructures. As a true interface between business needs, administration and digital tools, you contribute to achieving the Service’s objectives.
In this context, you are specifically responsible for:
- Planning, organising and coordinating all administrative activities of the Service to ensure its optimal operation
- Managing the main secretariat and reception, providing supervision, support and development for your colleagues, while ensuring the quality and proper execution of services provided
- Developing, documenting and optimising work processes and business tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
- Ensuring the quality, reliability and integrity of business data by implementing necessary controls and best practices
- Participating in cross-cutting and specific projects, from needs analysis to implementation, and managing projects within your area of expertise
- Assuming the role of IT Administrator for the Service and acting as the primary contact for questions related to business applications and IT equipment, liaising with the State IT Service
- Providing training, supervision and follow-up for commercial apprentices, contributing to their professional development and knowledge transfer
- Developing and implementing the occupational health and safety concept
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee as well as a federal certificate or equivalent training, you have completed your career with certified management training. A specialisation in project management and leadership is an asset. You have solid experience in team management and have demonstrated your ability to lead significant projects.
Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to communicate, unite stakeholders and negotiate with ease. Responsible, autonomous and solution-oriented, you are recognised for your analytical mind, your ability to propose ideas and your capacity to develop a comprehensive vision of issues.
Your natural leadership and ability to work in a network enable you to support change and mobilise teams around common goals.
Comfortable with IT tools and systems, you are a key contact on these matters and actively contribute to their development.
You hold the company trainer certificate (FEE) for commercial employees or are willing to undertake this training.
Finally, you have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of German, allowing you to work in a bilingual environment.
