- Appeals: monitoring, processing and autonomous handling of files, drafting of decision proposals and observations for the Cantonal Court
- Building permits and construction policing: analysing and processing files, drafting conditions and decisions on objections, occasional drafting of minutes during meetings
- Legal support: responding to various legal questions, occasional handling of various files, notably in criminal matters, political rights, various authorisations, video surveillance or related to maintaining public order
- Master’s degree in law or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience, notably in judicial matters
- Mastery of specific legislation regarding constructions and knowledge of municipal and cantonal administrations
- Excellent drafting skills
- Proficiency in common and specialised IT tools
- Perfect command of the French language
