The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Fund of the canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office as well as the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique centre of expertise in first pillar social insurance for insured persons and companies in the canton of Fribourg.

Within the "IT and Quality Management" section of the ECAS Central Services:
- Contribute to the proper functioning of ECAS IT and provide support on the use of office tools and business applications
- Carry out troubleshooting and resolve IT problems
- Write and update the section’s procedures and processes, and participate in cross-functional projects
- Assign access, rights and necessary equipment to collaborators, in accordance with ECAS FR rules
- Support the implementation of information security (ISMS) and data protection within ECAS FR
- Participate in support within the framework of the section’s 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Maintain contact with external service providers
- Diploma of ES technician or CFC IT technician, business IT orientation with professional experience
- With good listening skills and a sense of responsibility, you demonstrate versatility and teamwork ability
- In-depth knowledge of security, infrastructure and logistics domains as well as Microsoft software
- Knowledge of technical equipment and its operation
- Experience in project management
- Organisational skills and ease in communication, both oral and written
- Dynamic and convincing personality able to take initiatives
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language (spoken/written)
