- Collaborate in the continuous development of a training programme adapted to the needs of teaching staff, school administrations and pupils
- Develop, organise and co-lead training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training activities
- Provide expertise, advice and assistance in adopting best practices in digital technology
- Plan, execute and organise the harmonisation of teaching materials and digital publications
- Lead communication, promotion and mediation activities around digital tools
- Primary teaching diploma and additional training in educational sciences or adult education at MAS level or Secondary I teaching qualification (DAES I) or specialised teaching diploma or equivalent training
- Extensive teaching experience (more than 15 years)
- Strong knowledge of the Fribourg school system and various curricula (LP21 & PER)
- Specific knowledge according to the field of activity (M365 and Cloud technologies)
- Didactic mastery of the digital domain and the use of technologies in teaching and learning
- Strong motivation to contribute to the development of the canton in the field of digital education
- Great ability to support teachers, school management and school administrations in digital transformation
- High adaptability and willingness to evolve in a constantly changing environment, marked by continuously evolving framework conditions and requirements
- EdNum trainer is an asset
- MITIC resource person is an asset
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
