Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Aigle site (Code Couleurs shop), we are looking for:
A Socioprofessional Supervisor - Creation and Decoration Workshop (60%) on a Fixed-Term Contract for a Replacement
Mission:
Manage and organise the activities of the Creation & Decoration workshop by adapting them to the needs, abilities and objectives of each beneficiary.
Support beneficiaries in resuming a work rhythm, developing their autonomy and strengthening their confidence.
Design, lead and supervise creative activities such as:
- textile printing;
- personalisation and upcycling of clothing and textile objects;
- activities related to laundry work;
- creation of decorations;
- design and creation of shop windows;
- manufacture of decorative objects and visual communication supports;
- enhancement of products and arrangement of exhibition or sales spaces.
Raise beneficiaries’ awareness of sustainable development, reuse and material valorisation.
Develop beneficiaries’ technical, organisational and interpersonal skills through concrete projects responding to internal or external requests.
Identify resources and obstacles to professional reintegration and adapt support accordingly.
Encourage the acquisition of expected behaviours in a professional environment: organisation, autonomy, quality of work, collaboration, respect for deadlines and instructions.
Work closely with various professionals in the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and individualised support.
Participate in interdisciplinary exchanges and contribute to the development of reintegration projects.
Organise and ensure the follow-up of internships in companies when relevant.
Write observations, evaluations and reports intended for placement services.
Profile and skills:
- Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
- MSP training is a major asset
- Experience in CIP/SIP or personnel placement would be an advantage
- Strong interest in supervising people in professional rehabilitation
- Dynamic personality, creative mind
- Autonomy, stress resistance and flexibility
- Adaptability and genuine ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
