We are looking for a Training Associate to support a major digital transformation project focused on adopting Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) for collaboration and content management. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with project teams and end-users to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.

Missions
- Design and deliver clear, engaging presentations and demos to explain new digital tools.
- Facilitate interactive online sessions and drop-in clinics to support users.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate training logistics and communication.
- Collect feedback and contribute to improving training effectiveness.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training and change management.
Profil du candidat
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations for technical topics.
- Skilled in managing online meetings and virtual training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent English; French is a plus.
