You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent attraction strategies across online and offline channels to strengthen the employer brand locally. You will create engaging content, manage campaigns, and contribute to projects that deliver an inspiring candidate experience.

Description
- Design and deliver talent attraction campaigns aligned with the global talent strategy.
- Develop initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and experience across all touchpoints.
- Create compelling content (visuals, copy, video) tailored to different platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and career sites.
- Partner with recruitment teams to develop and roll out events targeting students and graduates.
- Coordinate and schedule content publishing to ensure alignment and impact.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to talent attraction and employer branding.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance; propose improvements and define KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Profile
- Previous experience in HR marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or communications.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing/Communications, or Graphic Design (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in design and video tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Premier Pro).
- Strong command of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus.
