We are seeking a team assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations for our client. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

The client is a pharmaceutical company, dedicated to developing innovative healthcare solutions. Their primary goal is to enhance patients' daily lives with effective and practical treatments, supported by a strong focus on research and development.

Missions

  • Manage schedules: Organize calendars and arrange appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings: Set up and prepare for team meetings.
  • Handle correspondence: Manage emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain records: Keep files and documents organized.
  • Support daily tasks: Assist with general administrative duties.

Profil du candidat

  • Proficiency in French, English, and German at a minimum B2 level.
  • Holds a CFC diploma in commercial employment (CFC employé de commerce).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive approach to handling administrative tasks.
  • Team player with adaptability to changing priorities.
