The Undergraduate School at EHL Hospitality Business School is dedicated to delivering a comprehensive and immersive education in international hospitality management. It offers a Bachelor of Science program that combines rigorous academic coursework with practical training, including internships and hands-on workshops, to prepare students for leadership roles in the global service industry. The mission of the Undergraduate Programs Manager is to oversee the development, organization, and execution of multi-campus undergraduate programs. This role actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the programs and their underlying processes, while serving as a key point of reference for all matters related to undergraduate education.
What will you do?
- Manage the Undergraduate Programs team by planning, coordinating, and distributing tasks, while supporting their personal development.
- Actively manage relationships and communication with the student body, including regular exchanges with Class Representatives and the Student Council.
- Manage relationships and communication with faculty, including resource allocation via FDA processes based on program needs.
- Supervise processes related to required coursework throughout the curriculum (e.g., internships).
- Ensure cross-campus alignment and quality of undergraduate programs.
- Ensure alignment with accreditation bodies and the relevance of programs to current labor market expectations.
- Organize key program-related events such as Intro Day, Graduations, and Final Diploma Work Ceremonies.
- Manage budgets related to program operations.
Who you are?
- You have a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- You have 5 years of professional experience with 2 years in a similar position.
- You have experience in planning, organizing, coordinating, and leading programs or projects involving stakeholders with divergent interests, ideally in the hospitality field.
- You have experience managing, executing, and improving processes, procedures, operations, and projects involving students.
- You have experience anticipating and collaboratively solving complex problems, as well as managing the change brought about by implemented solutions; ideally, you are familiar with EHL culture and its evolution.
- You are capable of leading a team by managing and distributing priorities and actions among team members while supporting them in accomplishing their tasks.
- You have strong skills in MS Office, digital fluency, and a willingness to use and train others on multimedia tools and IT platforms.
- You are flexible and take measured initiative when facing situations and people.
- You have a strong interest in managing interactions and leading teams.
- You are approachable, service-oriented, and proactive in anticipating others’ needs.
- You have excellent communication skills in a multicultural academic environment.
- You prioritize collective interests over individual ones.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
