Founded in 1982, Opale Solutions SA is a Swiss leader in the development of administrative IT solutions (ERP) dedicated to healthcare institutions. With more than 60 employees across three sites (Geneva, Vaud, Zurich), we continue to grow and strengthen our Consulting team.

In this context, we are looking for a:

Your mission

Reporting to the Application Manager and the Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our solutions.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• advising and supporting our clients;
• providing support and analysing functional issues;
• configuring our solutions according to client needs;
• analysing change requests and testing new features;
• training users and writing documentation;
• managing projects from pre-sales to production deployment.

Your profile

You hold a Federal Diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience in hospital accounting as well as a good knowledge of the REKOLE® framework are significant assets.

You have an interest in ERP and financial processes and distinguish yourself by:

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• autonomy, pragmatism and a sense of responsibility;
• a proactive attitude and strong client orientation;
• good adaptability and a taste for teamwork.
