Affiliations, Contributions and Litigation Specialist 80-100%
Our client is a well-known organisation in French-speaking Switzerland that supports numerous employers in managing their administrative and regulatory obligations.
As part of strengthening its teams, we are looking for an Affiliations, Contributions & Litigation Specialist.
This varied role combines analysis, regulation, business relations and management of complex files.
Responsibilities
- Management of affiliations and administrative changes of affiliated companies
- Verification of salary declarations and social contributions
- Analysis and verification of data submitted by employers
- Control of the application of the relevant collective agreements
- Management of adjustments and follow-up of administrative files
- Monitoring of receivables, debtor reminders and debt collection
- Management of certain litigation and enforcement files
- Responding to requests from affiliated companies regarding their social obligations
- Supporting affiliates on regulatory and operational aspects
- Participation in the continuous improvement of internal processes
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Swiss social insurances
- Experience within a compensation fund, pension fund, provident institution or similar environment is an asset
- Good understanding of social contributions, salary declarations and control mechanisms
- Experience in debtor follow-up, debt collection or litigation is appreciated
- Federal diploma in social insurances or equivalent training is an advantage
- Excellent command of Excel
- Rigour, attention to detail and ease in managing complex files
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation
