As a member of our team in our Rostering Office, you will be responsible for employee's rostering / workforce planning of the Air Traffic Management.
- Autonomous workforce planning of one or several units thanks to your advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rules
- Participation in the change management process for improving the rostering
- Point of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistance
- Responsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the job
- Act as advisor/sparring-partner for line managers and the heads of units in the area of responsibility
- Commercial Diploma (CFC) or similar education
- Extended and proven experience in rostering activities / workforce planning with proficiency in the Swiss Labor law and familiar with other appropriate regulations (e.g. fatigue management, CLA)

- Proficiency in French (C2 Level), English Fluent (C1 Level), German as an asset
