The Undergraduate School Operations department at EHL ensures the smooth delivery of the Bachelor in International Hospitality Management program. It coordinates academic logistics, supports faculty and students, and manages administrative processes across campuses. By overseeing scheduling, resources, and operational workflows, the department contributes to a high-quality learning environment. Its role is essential in maintaining the excellence and efficiency of EHL’s undergraduate education.

The mission of the Student Experience Project and Program Coordinator is to play a crucial role in enhancing the overall student experience of the campus by providing programs and developing new initiatives, which will foster students personal and professional growth. The?Student Experience Project and Program Coordinator has a close relationship with various stakeholders across the institution to coordinate and engage students, as well as understand their needs. You will work closely with the Student Experience Manager to develop and implement initiatives that extend support beyond academics.
What will you do?
- Oversee various Extracurricular Programs, opportunities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the various stakeholders about the integration of Graduate School initiatives into the student experience.
- Support onboarding activities of our Undergraduate Students.
- Coordinate and promote student success initiatives and budget, including the development, implementation, and tracking of individual offers.
- Collect, analyze and monitor student feedback to assess the impact of initiatives and drive continuous improvement, engagement and development.
- Support the Student Experience Manager in executing key departmental projects to enhance student engagement and success.
- Contribute to the planning of the student recognition programs.
- Promote our department during key campus events.
Who you are?
- You have a CFC with relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree; a project management certification is a strong plus.
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience with 3 years in a similar position.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- You have strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- You have project management skills and are able to operate autonomously.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented.
- You understand student needs and perspectives.
- You respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries when dealing with sensitive matters.
- You have excellent IT skills, including MS Office, Canva, and LMS platforms.
- You have experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Microsoft Lists.
- You are skilled in organizing and planning events and projects.
- You have experience in finance and budgeting.
- You have worked in an academic and/or customer-facing environment.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
