We are currently looking for a

As an HR Manager, you will have a key role in the company.

Your responsibilities:

HR Management & Compliance

• Manage all HR processes and ensure compliance with Swiss labour law and applicable regulations
• Ensure legal monitoring, guarantee the compliance of employee files and respect of the nLPD
• Draft and supervise official letters

HR Strategy & Support to Management

• Participate in the development of HR policy and strategy
• Advise General Management on all HR topics
• Lead HR projects

Recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management

• Analyse recruitment needs, write job adverts, pre-select candidates and conduct interviews
• Manage employee files throughout their lifecycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring proper administrative management and compliance with internal procedures
• Manage attendance
• Ensure administrative follow-up, support, plan and coordinate the trainees’ journey
• Provide training for new permanent employees and ensure proper knowledge transfer

Supervision & Coordination

• Oversee all HR functions
• Support managers in managing their teams
• Coordinate headquarters and branch teams

Development & Work Climate

• Support staff well-being and promote a healthy work environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and department development
• Organise internal events

Temporary Workers Management & Legal Compliance

• Ensure legal follow-up related to temporary workers
• Be the main contact during control activities (audits, authority inspections, regulatory checks)
• Ensure compliance of practices with legal and contractual requirements for temporary work
• Monitor and follow up collective labour agreements (CLA)

Your profile:

• Holder of the HRSE Certificate, required
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in an HR manager position in Switzerland, experience in a placement agency is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, CLA and nLPD
• Very good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and impeccable confidentiality
• Strong listening, communication and sensitive situation management skills
• Analytical mind, synthesis ability and sense of priorities
• Very good command of IT tools, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
