ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d)

For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Your mission
- Analyse functional specifications, define appropriate technical solutions, identify associated risks, and document architectural choices.
- Design, configure, develop, and maintain business applications on ServiceNow App Engine and Customer Service Management, prioritising the platform's standard features.
- Develop and maintain workflows, client-side and server-side scripts, as well as technical components, notably with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP services, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, XML, and JSON.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, technical documentation, deployment procedures, support for project teams, and regular monitoring of risks and progress.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences, computer science degree, EPF engineering diploma, federal diploma, or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in ServiceNow development, specifically on the App Engine and Customer Service Management modules.
- Excellent command of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, data model, client-side and server-side scripting mechanisms, as well as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, and CIS-CSM; micro-certifications in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal are an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, rigor, autonomy, service orientation, ability to work in a team, and ease in communicating with technical and functional stakeholders.
