Start of employment contract: 1st February 2027, or by agreement
What you can do with us:
Administration & Customer Service
- You handle telephone reception and process customer requests by phone, email or post.
- You manage the general mailbox as well as incoming and outgoing mail.
- You support the team with various administrative, coordination and organisational tasks.
Sales, Orders & Invoicing
- You process offers, orders and various sales-related files.
- You monitor deliveries, open items, returns and non-conformities.
- You prepare invoices and credit notes, monitor customer payments and contribute to the preparation of statistics and analyses.
Organisation & Internal Support
- You are a contact person for common IT questions and liaise with our IT department.
- You coordinate the ordering, receipt and provision of IT and office equipment, especially printers and scanners.
- You support your colleagues during system changes, IT tool transitions or other internal adjustments.
Communication & Languages
- German is your mother tongue and you have very good knowledge of French (level C1).
- You write and process various correspondence and documents carefully and professionally.
- You ensure the translation and proofreading of documents in French and German.
- You contribute to clear, professional and smooth communication with our various contacts.
What you bring:
Education & Experience
- You have completed commercial training or have equivalent training or experience in the administrative field.
- You have several years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- You appreciate a versatile and varied activity.
Languages & IT Tools
- You have perfect command of German, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of French.
- You are proficient in common MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of D365 or another ERP system is an advantage.
