The Strategic Partnerships department at EHL is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key industries, academic and institutional partners. It identifies opportunities that align with EHL’s strategic goals and enhances its global influence and impact. The department fosters long-term relationships that support innovation, research, student opportunities, and brand visibility. These curated and nurtured strong partnerships contribute to the growth and excellence of the EHL educational ecosystem.

The mission of the Alumni Brand Manager is to cultivate and reinforce the relationship with AEHLians, encourage continuous engagement towards the institution and contribute to the continued success of the network and the people within. Engagement through time, projects, recruitment, gifting, networks with the objective to facilitate relationships between the alumni and the departments we are service providers for. Advise students on a range of experiential learning components, including student internship and job preparation and placement processes.
What will you do?
- Strengthen and maintain engagement with alumni, identify their needs and meet them, educate and drive them to use the Alumni platform and work with them to ensure the department is data strong to build and grow.
- Identify and build partnership or sponsorship relationships and develop business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to identify community segments, engagement strategies and revenue generation opportunities.
- Participate in the design of communication strategies, long term event and communication strategies, themes and events.
- Coordinate operational needs and serve as the point of contact with internal departments such as HR, IT, Academic departments and Finance.
- Update and track alumni information in the database, analyse and interpret data to identify needs and build programs that raise Engagement.
- Understand and get to know the community, identify needs and accompany Stamms to optimize alumni engagement internationally.
- Represent EHL’s values at alumni events, professional fairs, and in interactions with external partners.
Who are you ?
- You have a bachelor degree or equivalent.
- You have 5-10 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You are proficient IT tools such as Microsoft Office, CMS, SRM.
- You are proficient with online communication and marketing tools.
- You have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization as well as with external partners.
- You are client oriented with great adaptability and creativity.
- You are a team player but also are at ease working autonomously.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- You are part of the EHL alumni community.
- You are fluent in French and in English (C1).
