HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
In this role, we wish to welcome an HR Business Partner to support employees and managers of the various groups assigned to them, notably at the head office, and in activities related to production, supply chain, administration and technical office.
Your responsibilities
- Be the close HR partner for the groups assigned to you and advise managers on all HR matters.
- Manage recruitment for your scope, from defining the need to integrating new employees.
- Ensure the implementation of HR processes and policies within your scope.
- Support managers and employees through the different stages of the professional life cycle.
- Participate in talent development, performance management and employee engagement.
- Support organisational changes and HR projects.
- Contribute to defining and implementing the common HR framework at Group level.
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices and Swiss legal framework.
Your profile
- Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial or international environment for at least 5 years.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and managing a recruitment portfolio.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Swiss labour law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, advisory sense and business orientation.
- Autonomy, pragmatism and collaborative spirit.
- Fluent French, professional English desired; German, Italian or Spanish an asset.
