Your tasks
- Personnel administration: you independently handle various tasks related to personnel administration and process changes as well as personnel-related procedures.
- Organisation of meetings and
bodies: - bodies: you organise various meetings, conference calls and events, from scheduling dates to sending invitations, preparing meeting documents and follow-up.
- Event management: you take charge of organising events and support the other executive assistant in planning and conducting the multi-day plenary session held every spring.
- Administrative support and deputising: you contribute to the smooth running of processes within the general secretariat, relieve the management and cover for the other executive assistant during their absences.
Your profile
- You hold a commercial qualification and ideally have additional training as an executive assistant or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in a demanding assistant or secretarial role, as well as experience in personnel administration.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner. Your interest and organisational skills enable you to maintain a clear overview of processes and their interdependencies.
- You have a strong capacity for assimilation, are service-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
- You have very good knowledge of French or German and are able to express yourself confidently in the other language (minimum level B1).
- You communicate easily and confidently, both in writing and orally.

The Conference of Cantonal Directors of Health (CDS) is the coordinating body of the cantons in health policy matters. Its aim is to promote collaboration between the cantons on health policy issues and it serves as a national platform for dialogue with federal authorities and other important organisations in the health sector. The general secretariat is the staff unit of the CDS body.
